When claims happen, Simpson & McCrady’s Claims Team provides timely, hands-on claims stewardship and oversight. Our goal is to help reduce the severity of your claims and, ultimately, reduce the impact and frequency of claims. We provide oversight to make sure the carrier’s and third party adjuster’s claim professionals remain on task with actions in order to move the claim toward timely resolution. We also take an active role in and coordinating your claim file review, offering suggestions to the carrier and third party adjuster and providing direction to the claim professional on your behalf.
