Seared Ahi Tuna Ingredients:

1 Ahi Tuna Steak
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika

Wasabi Vinaigrette
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey (optional)
1 tsp Wasabi Paste (you can substitute mustard)
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Favorite Hobby: When I have the opportunity, boating (sailing or motorboat).  I am originally from New Orleans and grew up on the water. We were a very active boating family and many of my family memories are from boating.  My wife Coco and I have enjoyed creating similar memories for our two boys, Chris and Will by passing on the love for boats and water.
